Do you know what quizbowl is? It’s like jeopardy, with teams, with better, longer questions that you can buzz in the middle of, and a bit different still.
So I have a concept of the game I would make, you press a button to buzz.
The question is read at the top of the screen with a game overlay, I could use the text functions to make it read it a few letters at a time, that is no problem.
The problem is answering the question.
I have a few solutions on how to answer.
There could be a moderator, who marks answers right or wrong. Answers would be said by the player out loud (the players would be together in a room or a zoom call) and the moderator would manually approve.
Now this of course requires your players to be together, and guess what happened to this or that which also required it, it kinda just faded.
Another idea is to do a multiple choice, but that just makes it extremely easy to know. And also you could just guess it
So, what do you think?
I’m currently planning to have the players choose between an option, but am open to thoughts or ideas.
