Ive seen some things on gimkit creative mods. I have a couple questions. first, if you have Gimhook or some other gimkit mods, if someone else were to play it from gimkit discovery, would they get the mods effects? Also can mods like this do anything besides camera affects?

No, they would not get the mods if they have not downloaded the mod for themselves, and if you think of it, mods might (might not sure) be able to do more than camera effects but I’m not a master coder or anthin so I wouldn’t know.

do many people posting gimkit creative maps use mods?
most are children
so probably not like very sure
plus it think mods are client side

No, many people don’t use mods because only around 4-5k use the forums and know how. and a lot of people are on school Chromebooks so they cannot access mods. so mods=less plays.
Btw, if you are using a school managed laptop, mods won’t work.

This will really vary on what browser extensions your school permits.
All of not most mods on Gimhook are client side, and if they aren’t just client side, they should only affect people who are currently in your live game. I do suggest if you have any more questions about Gimkit Mods, I highly suggest asking in the Discord.
