You could make one using a button panel, but the smartest way to do it is by making a custom gimkit with one question: an open ended question asking for the password. Wire up a questioner with the gimkit link in it into your door. Make sure the wire only works if you get it correct. The only problem is that the questioner would show the answer if you get it wrong. If you can figure out how to change that, then it would work well!

If you make the questioner transmit on a channel when the question is answered wrong, then in the channels tab have it so the questioner UI closes when receiving on that channel. it should work. that should fix the problem that @JoeTheChicken had
