The string looks a bit loose around vortex. To me it looks like it’s gonna fall off lol. (Very sorry if this came out rude!)

I think what they mean is that instead of that curve you have where the whistle appears, just have it wrap around the body of the vortex agent. [1]

Not vortex the whistle lol. I just drew him because i needed a base to draw it lol. (Sorry if this is rude!)
Yeah, I agree, on a regular human, the whistle would drape all the way down to the chest, but the vortex isn’t exactly human.
