Yes, use the activity feed block. Or the notification device.

by global I meant like if it is being hosted by multiple people

It is not possible and Gimkit might not add that as people might abuse this to send messages to teaching classes.

He means like on one server somebody gets something and sends a message. Then people on other servers gets that message.
To make it simpler this person wants to send global messages across game servers

an alternative would be a global save system but idk if thats possible to so
