So I was just playing a game and then I thought to myself “Hey wait a minute, could we make a ping system in creative?” Not only this, but could we also combine the custom keybindings post to make them customizable? I know that there are already posts on how to make a chat systems, but this is not about that. Rather it’s about making pings that you see in game. So yeah, pretty tall order.

Wow this is very undescriptive. Please, when you make research topics, have at least some idea what we need to do. I’m also not 100% sure what we’re trying to do. Could you please give us some more explanation to what this “ping system” is?

A ping (Packet Internet or Inter-Network Groper) is a basic Internet program that allows a user to test and verify if a particular destination IP address exists and can accept requests in computer network administration. The acronym was contrived to match the submariners’ term for the sound of a returned sonar pulse.
Ping is also used diagnostically to ensure that a host computer the user is trying to reach is operating. Any operating system (OS) with networking capability, including most embedded network administration software, can use ping.

Well, elaborate more, because we already have a notification device. If you mean making our own notification, not really. We need text input and that isn’t here yet.

Also isn’t this kinda like a chat system? You could make everyone is different teams and when you “ping” someone, you ping a certain team.
