People are hacking in Gimkit help!

These people are using laptops, and I can’t seem to find a way to report them

What do you mean? If people are hacking your game, they’re probably code guessers. There’s not much you can do to stop them, but you can kick them. (Also, how do you know they’re using laptops?)

by hacking Gimkit help, do you mean the help page?

No, I think it’s just a punctuation issue.

@Minecraft_Steve
can you explain?

If you see them again, take a screenshot of them, quickly exit out, and message the gimkit team with the screenshot, they’ll likely take care of it.

they mean “People are hacking in Gimkit, help!” as in “help me!”

(BIG BRAG ALERT) yeah, a code guesser got in to a fishtopia game that i was playing with my siblings. they screamed, because we were in the spawn area and suddenly another player joins, with a Stache skin. but my amazing reflex’s kicked them out before they could do anything more than take a few steps. (yes i’m bragging i told you! :smiling_imp:)

Yeah, I’m a student, and in my school, we use laptops to learn. So we use Gimkit as well. And some people are hacking!

Use @CustomCoaster’s idea

Oh, you mean people using scripts, not code guessers?

I assume your school operates on a simple email naming system, so just email Team Gimkit to investigate their accounts.

why do we still have this post if it is not to do with gkc just email hello@gimkit.com if this is happening its simple

I hate when people are asked for more info then refuse to give more info.
going along with what diamonds said, can a mod close this or something?

you can always just exit your game and make a new one

I assume he means hacking as in doing things in the game that wouldnt be possible normally, such as flying, KO’ing opponents in one hit, etc.
but this user doesn’t seem to be looking at this topic anymore so we might not be able to find out.
either way, I’ll ping. @Minecraft_Steve do you have anymore info on this “hacking?”
EDIT: @ColtonRex, he didnt confirm that.

He means someone random you don’t know pops up in your game, and you didn’t give them the code.

So then just message Hello@gimkit.com the names of the hackers and I’m sure josh or phlarin can ban them from gimkit or something
