One Questioner - to possible Grants (depending on Zone)

It this possible?

I have one Questioner
I have two different zones
I want the player to get something different depending on the zone they are in.
If they are in Zone A they get a banana
If they are in Zone B they get a berry

so if they answer a question in zone 1, they get a banana, and vice versa?

I think that you would need 2 questioners to make it possible, so player enters zone A - open questioner, question answered correctly - grant banana, same for the other zone but with a different questioner.

That is the way I have it set up now, but I am running out of memory. So just wondered if I could save some by combining questioners.

Yeah, I don’t think that that is possible, unless you wanted to grant both item

Yes they get something diffferent depending on the zone they are in…

I am really stretching it and do not think it is possible.

you could do it with a checker and one questioner but im not sure if it would be more or less memory

(make this counter update a property called banana)
Question answered correctly β†’ run check

Make the check checking if the amount of property banana = 1.

Check passes β†’ grant item (banana)

Enter zone (two) β†’ increment counter
(make this counter update a property called berry)
Question answered correctly β†’ run check

Make the check checking if the amount of property berry = 1.

Check passes β†’ grant item (berry)

You can use trigger activation and make both triggers have their active scope be player and make them both be inactive on game start. When the player enters zone 1, activate the 1st trigger. When the player exits zone 1, deactivate the 1st trigger. Do the same thing with zone 2 but with the 2nd trigger. The first trigger grants the item the 1st zone does, and the 2nd trigger grants the item the 2nd zone does.

So, basically, if player is in zone, depending on it, lets say zone 1 is zone 1 property, zone 2 is zone 2 property, check when they answer a question, if they get it correct, check properties, and depending on it, they will get a certain item.
