I’m just doing a good ol’ if you buy this, a sentry spawns but its not working. I even did 3 ways for it to work? Is this a bug, or is there something I’m missing?

Are inventory slots disabled? Sentries can’t spawn without them.
Wait are you using a sentry or a character??
No, there’s even a fight mechanic in the middle
And both. The sentry is what spawns and the character is what spawns it. (Besides when if you press one of the responses the vending machine checks it)

When you respond to one of his text buttons, it checks the vending machine. If it works, the sentry spawns

Can’t you just wire the vending machine to the sentry?
“Successful purchase → Activate sentry”
