UPDATE
I banned that user again because they came off a ban and immediately broke the rules. Posting off-topic isn’t the biggest deal in the world, but when everyone does it all the time it makes a TON of clutter. More importantly, if you’re banned, don’t come off that ban and immediately break one of the few rules here. It’s not hard to follow a few simple, reasonable rules guys! Use your brains!
