it changes their range, meaning that if your in range they can use their gadgets on you.
Update:
Size will not affect a sentry’s range [1], but it will change the gadget size to accommodate.
The maximum size for a sentry is 2.0
The minimum size for a sentry is 0.5
I have not tested out hitboxes yet.
