tell me how to get dont press the button set up so it deactivates and does action then stops when reactivates

I may know how to do this just got to make sure

I just made it so like I had a button, and when it was pressed it deactivates. When it is pressed, it repeats the wire pulse on a wire repeater and after 15 seconds, it reactivates the button.
