Sure! first do this:
Click the button. It should say new topic. (It doesn’t say it for me cus I’m already making something) Now, Put in a title, and make the category, if your asking for a thumbnail, make it into the Art category. Now put in details into the text box and click submit!

I sadly cannot finish the thumbnail, school days just don’t leave me enough time to make the thumbnail within my schedule, I’ll probably only make thumbnails during the breaks.

No, it’s good, I’ve reviewed the other thumbnails, I already have a feeling I won’t make the cut, plus I was struggling finding time to do it anyways. No biggie, you don’t have to delay it.
