Like, have you ever been on discovery? Its covered in things that are probably copyrighted. And it’s not said in the publishing rules either?
Its only really a problem if Netflix decides to sue but I highly doubt that they don’t have anything better to do than suing a bunch of kids over Kpop Demonhunters Obby.
