I need a system that will re-locate a barrier to a different position after a channel is used and a certain length of time passes. But both have to work. I have an idea but I would like to see if there are any better due to mine being painstaking and extremely memory in-efficent. Thank you.

You can put it so after a channel is used, deactivate the barrier, then also when the channel is used, activate a new barrier that’s not active on game start and is in the different area.
You cannot currently move devices or props. You would have to have multiball but deactivate and activate to simulate them moving.
Like that.
after channel transmit, deactivate barrier
after channel transmit, activate new barrier.
