MINIONS, could you give more information for the artists? Perhaps the background, the gims and what the gims are doing? This way they can make a good thumbnail to your liking. Some people might give you a format, but all you really need is the background, gims and their actions. You can add more details if you want, like a summary and tiny details. Sometimes a sketch of a background that you want could be really helpful as well.

It definitely is better, but perhaps organize it a bit better? For example:
Gim: Farmer Gim
Background: Boxes of corn lying around. Also, what color background and a farm like place?
Gim’s Actions: Mining dirt with a pickaxe.
