alright. I have decided on a full plot.
in case anyone gives an idea I like, I will not close the topic for a while.
The Plot:
You are a nomad, simply passing through the area, when you encounter a witch named raveena. She reveals that she betrayed her brother and countless others, and asks you to help break the curse that she set. After you free her brother(The king), you will be told to enter the desert mountain. You then enter a portal to find the king of the sand. after defeating him and freeing him from an unrelated corr option (it wouldnât let me put it), he will help you find the leader of the ice.
This is not all of the plot, but you should play the game to find the rest.

You could also count a metroidvania as a platformer with more than one route!

It is released. I decided on calling it above the water, but I will leave this open for 1 more week, so you can suggest a better name. thanks to @King_Thunder_Alt1 and @CC26 for the lore they provided.
