Memory/Device Efficiency

So I’m trying to make Catan, but I am having difficulty thinking how I would give everyone their resources. I’m struggling to identify which player would be on each tile and get the items. The only way I could think of would use 156 properties, which is about 136 too many. Help me, please.

Isn’t there something like player id? Is that what you’re using?

I’m sort of using player ID. (Thank getrithekd for that ever-helpful code.) But, I need the game to know who is at each section, but I just can’t figure out how to do that.

You’d have a text property per hex that stores the hex’s data.

Just use a player scoped property I think it might work

I think that I figured out a way: I use a player-scoped property, and then using the new-ish text operation blocks I can extract data from the property, there for keeping track of where people’s settlements and cities are.
