Maze runner question?

How would I make this game work if the limit of walls is 2500
There are four main walls to protect from the grievers
So what’s the idea here?
Should I set a limit to how far the maze extends like maybe about 20 blocks out or something could someone figure out how many blocks there are?

Use prop walls like the stone brick ones, then add vines and rubble to them.

I like to use barriers instead of wall terrain.
It may look less detailed though.

Barriers would work, but you concede a certain level of detailing. But if you just want, a sweet and simple background, they do just fine!

Yeah, I can try…
(I love a good challenge)

Barriers are your best friend, but props work too.

Since props have a limit of somewhere around 5000.

Well if he is just limiting himself to a 20 tile radius beyond the spawn, I figured out a lot of details to compensate for the scale.

oh sorry I meant maybe 20 from the end of Glade walls

Here are the props and barrier, the props have more detail than the barrier.
For the props your going to have to change the layer 1 by 1 and over time lag starts.

what’s the dimensions of the glade?

I’m going a 3x3 20 from spawn point

Wait so, the glade is 3 blocks by 3 blocks?

Okaaaaaaaayyy…
I finally finished counting the dimensions.
The top-down map is exactly…
drumroll please
…480x480 units.
(Assuming I counted right, I placed terrain with every one I counted around the border)
Whew!
That hurt my brain cells…

sorry I’m saying the Glade is just mainland surrounded by terrain walls

ok but how big is the glade so i can calculate how many units of wall you need.

I’m going for 20x20 at a minum

The glade is 20x20?

or the walls are 20?

The Glade is a 20x20 radius

wait let me keep working on it

if its 20x20, will 20 blocks out on the walls, then you have a 60x60 grid.

60*60 is 3600
20 * 20 is 400
3600
-400

3200
That’s the amount of units in the maze.
