When I saw that no one made a maze ideas guide.
SO I’m here to do just that 
Here you go, a very compliated guide for anyone who wants to make a MAZE!

Escape Room Maze
Can you Escape the Escape Room maze? Solve puzzles and crack codes while moving through the maze!
Medieval Labyrinth
SAVE THE PRINCESS! You must complete the maze, then fight a battle boss to win! Will you be victorious?!
Castle
This idea was provided by @Kormorant. I do not have a visual for this, but this could be a thing where you need to save someone from inside the castle, therefore following a maze, or just finding an escape for the castle.

Good themes I like the pictures, but there is one little problem about this guide, it just gives general ideas it doesn’t really expand upon what you can do with this. It’s really just pictures of places and themes and there is nothing about maze set ups or ideas about the layouts.
I think the thing the guide is missing is layouts and barricades or obstacles. You could mention layouts for mazes or obstacles in specific themes.
Other than this nice guide.
