How to change the title of the page?
It’s for TL3 and up. Why would you change it?

What is TL3? I also want to change a rule stated in the title.
Tl3 is Regular
TL2 is Member
TL1 is Basic

Because, I want it to be making art with flooring blocks and with props, not only with flooring blocks.
