Yeah so you click on the sentry and you scroll down. There should be a long list of sentry skins. Click on “sentry appearance”
Edit: Wait if you’re asking for like skins that you make yourself…then I don’t think that’s possible.

You can scroll down and pick “Sentry appearance” and choose the sentry skin.
If by custom you mean unofficial gimkit skins, then you can’t add that to sentries, you can use barrier art for it though.

You can also use barrier art to make monsters and stuff.
I find that the custom shape feature is cool too!

This is honestly off-topic and shouldn’t be answered but because I am bored let me answer
Saber was an account made not long before yours if I’m correct they joined a day or a few hours before you Saber has either changed there name or deleted their account because I could not longer find Saber. You are most likely confused with them because of the timing you both joined at.
