Is there a way to make a prop be invisible but still be able to take damage

Does disappear mean deactivate or make it invisible? If it makes it invisible then that’s our solution.

This. You can disable Visible On Game Start or just hide it. Not sure if you can still interact with it though.

Yes, but the OP wants it to still have collision and be damagable but not visible.

Honestly, OP can probably just cover up the prop with another object or find some other workaround, we just need more context

That is hiding it under a barrier. That is still visible that there is something there. What the OP asked is impossible, that is still visible.

No one’s stopping you, if you wanna explain then go ahead.

I will edit this comment to add each step so please hang on
so yes you need a barrier without collision enabled and the prop you want
set the prop to be damageable and set 0.15 transparency
and set barrier to the color of the terrain with 1.0 transparency
set their layer to below and make sure the barrier is on top of the prop in the menu (MAKE SURE TO HAVE THE PROP ON THE BARRIER WHEN DOING THIS)

then set the prop on the terrain

and add the barrier on top
you if you can walk on top of the barrier that means it works you can blast where you put the prop inside the barrier and there you go you now made a prop that is invisible and can be damaged

A prop that you can damage with a gadget. Not a device that damages players.

cough
u guys should really look at settings more often

We know how to make props damageable. The problem is making it completely invisible at the same time

They are asking for it to be invisible with collision on that turns off when you defeat it. They aren’t asking how to make it damageable.

almost done with the steps look at my last comment

there’s a setting to make the tint invisible too..
guys @Godatbedwars just showed a whole ‘tut’…

didn’t consider this— we could make the prop pure black on a black barrier. Not perfect, but could work

Tint will not make it invisible and the minimum transparency is 15%. This is impossible and has already been stated.

actually, it is very visible to me and others
