Is there a way to make it so a sentry can attack you but you can’t attack it? Not using teams.

There was a way but I believe it got patched recently. 
EDIT: also chill with the amount of topics you make in a day

Thats easy, just place a invisible barrier for only your team over the sentry, then you cant attack it, but it can attack you.
Oh wait now I see, why cant we use teams?
Yeah, just remove the player’s gadget with a zone and an item granter set to -1…? This would work?
Player enters zone > Item granter removes their gadget
Player leaves zone > Different item grants a gadget
Yeah, because it is a Battle royale game so everybody is on their own team
