You have to be a member to flag. Once you’re a member click the 3 dots on a message and select the flag button. After choose the reason why. Slim also gave more info about flags.

No, it isn’t allowed. Why? First it’s in the FAQ. Second, Blackhole would like messages in English. Third, if the discord isn’t allowing other languages, then most likely this place too.

You are not allowed to speak other languages on the forums. Because only a minority of people here do not speak English, it’s on them to use a translator. It’s not fair, but I also don’t have the capability to learn every language someone wants to speak so it can be moderated. Once someone is informed of this rule, that’s their issue. Continuing to speak their language will result in punishment.
