@Shade I might be wrong but I think this is offtopic as the Forums is only for gimkit creative.
But try emaling Hello@gimkit.com if @Karlz 's solution does not work.
Wait nevermind check @Bardy_2913’s post and make sure you look at the criteria to receive xp. If his thing does not work then email gimkit.

To earn XP you have to

  • Not be over the limit of 15,000 XP
  • Answer a question correctly every minute {worth 300 XP}
  • Have a kit without all correct answers.

@Shade do not email gimkit, they have more important things to do, and this is most likely not a bug. Unless it does turn our to be a bug, is when you do email gimkit.
