Use dynamic blocks, obviously. There’s a crafting table device, too.
There’re times when users aren’t as active. That, or people just don’t have any good ideas for this topic right now. Just wait, be patient, and don’t bump the topic every 5 minutes you go without a reply.

All you gotta do is use dynamic blocks, crafting tables, mobs, and a day-night cycle.
The only problem is that it’s been made multiple times. Maybe think of something else?

For the nether, you can use dynamic dirt with a red barrier over it to make netherrack.
Only problem is that when you mine it, the barrier has to disappear somehow.
