Ideas for special items

I need some ideas for special items that give you a Buff of some kind. also make sure that they are doable and can be made in platformer

  1. Item used
  2. what does it do
  3. how many uses do it have
    also don’t say sprint because I have that in my game.

I would say using the slingshot to give you a small amount of health

Item used: Power can
What it does: Give you extra strength
How many uses: As much as the sprint one

2: Increased damage/better weapon
