I’m making a hospital simulator game and I want some ideas for roles, conditions, mechanics, medical rooms, etc. It will help if you provide an explanation on how to code it as well.
Roles already created: Resident, Surgeon, Ghost, Patient, Doctor, and Nurse.

What about an RN which is Registered Nurse
and since you got surgeon what about a Brain Surgeon
And what about mentally ill patient (hope this does not get taken to extreme levels its just a severely mentally ill patient in the hospital getting help)
