You could put non-collision barriers over the player’s screen, and slow down their movement speed like they’re lagging.
I can suggest day and night but disasters, they will be too hard
For volcano just have a giant barrier art volcano and make it erupt, spewing lava, rocks and debris everywhere. Earthquakes idk. Ice age just slow all players down and summon giant sentries to represent long extinct ice age animals coming back to life. Hacked bakedpotato already explained how, and maybe add like props and structures randomly disappearing. And a tornado, just have a giant tornado that respawns players and randomly destr0y structures

maybe for the earthquake, (assuming this is in platformer) you can have parts of the ground DISAPPEAR (by making the ground out of barriers) AAAAND have random props on the ground after the quake
Ideas: sandstorm, flood, acid rain
For the acid rain, have the area darken with rain and players take damage unless they take shelter (you can do this with damagers + zones + barriers)
Lets bring the ideas to a higher scope

How to:
Volcano: magma leaks down, so whoever goes below the increasing lava height takes damage, you can also use a colored barrier to make it look red
Earthquake: certain areas rapidly light up as a cue before falling apart and insta respawning whoever in the zone
Ice age: not moving or going outside/certain areas will increase chiliness, you will be slowed as chiliness increases, when chiliness maxes out, the player starts rapidly taking damage
if its a platformer, you can make a weather where players race up some parkour
