Ideas for a game where you evade taxes (and the IRS)

Ooh, add a fake King Gimrick from Gimgeria who promises to give you a fortune if you give him half your money to reclaim his throne.
Also add a phone that if answered spams the player about their cars extended warranty, forcing them to answer a sequence of hold prompts for 5 minutes, any incorrect resetting the event.

Anyway, your birthday is on National Taxes Day, and you turn 18. Your parents tell you that you have to pay taxes now, and you escape your house… From there, you can spend money, get a j*b, and do A N Y TH I N G… Just ONE thing, DON’T CAUGHT BY THE IRS… (This was taken from my game that I have no plans to publish anyway…)

Right now I’ve got:
Two parts of the map: Suburbs and City
Suburbs: 1 purchasable home and some NPC’s to talk to
City: Store to buy paper, factory to make non-legal IDs.

Very cool ideas,

• A tax office in the city filled with IRS agents, you can walk inside and try to fight them or you can… gasp, pay your taxes so they don’t attack you for a little while.
• A secret bunker in the basement of some random guys house in the suburbs, there are a-lot of other tax evaders living there that you can trade with for useful items
• An insurance company in the city that you can pay every minute or two in exchange for not losing all your money when you get caught (if you lose money on d3ath)
• As the game progresses the IRS puts up wanted posters of you, the more posters they put up the more likely you are to be reported when a civilian sees you, if you are reported IRS agents might show up at your location or your house
• A jail in the city that you can escape or break other people out of for quests and stuff but breaking out takes a long time (like irl)

Setting: A post apocalyptic future in which planet Tenebris (believed to be the location the alphastar crashed on, beginning the Apocalypse game mode) has defeated the zombies, and started to reform their government and society
But… This means taxes. anyone with anything valuable has to give it to the broker (the new president)
So you… Being a greedy little gim, running away with your 900,000,00 light shards and a legendary timekeeper try to escape the broker’s ludicrous taxes.
Also: An army of post apocalyptic gims who now work for the new IRS try to catch you. multi player, the IRS team (armed with stonebursters) versus the outlaw team
