Honestly idk BUt you can try to find a jumpscares guide right here in the forums
You could have a trigger wired to a teleporter so it transports you to a scary room once you step on it for the jumpscare. Other than that, I have nothing.
Adding on to what @Jerry said, you could make it so that when a player enters a zone or presses a button, they could get teleported to a room that has barrier art of a monster covering the entire screen
