I need some ideas for a We i r d platforming game. I need ideas for

  • Title
  • Concept
  • NPC Character names (There will be a main character you play as)
  • …Idk if there is anything else

  • Title: Something Abnormal
  • Concept: Things you wouldn’t normally see in a traditional platformer, maybe a laser beam acting as a platform?
  • NPC Character names: Sentry (A robot who speaks in binary code)

Do you want the title to just be something abnormal or the title to actually be “Something Abnormal”

Well, capitalization seems to fit only for titles.
So yes! “Something Abnormal” is good.

Name: Polybius
Concept: You play as a kid in the 80s at an arcade. One day, a mysterious game called Polybius appears in the arcade. You play it, and you fall unconscious and get sucked inside the game, and have to complete it to escape.
npc names: Steven Ro@ch, DarkBASIC, DarkExplorer, Sinneslöchen, Red Herring, Bubble, Rouge Synapse
Game Aesthetic: Lots of neon colors and shapes, strobing lights, basically any seizure inducing graphics (I mean, don’t make it THAT extreme, but you get the idea). Also ciphered messages (all the messages should be in a Polybius’s cube cipher).
