I want to make an Elden Ring map but nobody seems to know what that is (it’s a video game) and i really wish someone could make a guide, the problem is that the game is unbelievably massive and it has close range combat and other stuff that seems to complicated. is it impossible or can some gimkit pro do it at last?
(i already tried but it ended up taking too much time)
they say everything is possible in GKC, but that map would probably take up way to much memory, so you would only have to do a small part
I 0.001% of the map and it said >20% of memory used
do you know anyone who might be able to do it
do you even know what it is
yes I know what it is, and to make seem remotely realistic it would involve lots of block code, which takes up lots of memeory

yea its a massive rpg
there is dodging, light attacks, heavy attacks, and spellcasting
also melee system wont work with sentries it worked in pvp just not on sentries
so it’s either make it pvp or find another way 2nd one preferred
what if you do a pickaxe
pretty sure they patched that?
saying it’s dmg was inconsistent or something like that
I wish they had more melee gadgets because they could make more games like super smash bros

OKAY SO these are the things that are most definitely possible to recreate in GKC
The game takes place in the Lands Between, right? So then just make six main areas, each with its own unique environment and challenges
Customizable Characters are possible as well, at the start you can have players choose from various classes, spells, equipment, and attributes. Each character can have preset abilities.
Multiplayer Mode: Again, at the start players could choose to play solo (with their joined players), or to enable bosses (sentries)
Crafting System: Umm Gimkit has a really cool crafting table that can create items or transmit on a channel to something like a damage multiplier
For mounts and fast travel players can explore the world on “horseback” using their mount (a speed boost you could buy at a stable)
Upgrades are fairly easy, using a point system/XP system players could use their XP or whatever to improve or get new gadgets
Umm Elden Ring is still like this right?
The Quantum Portal is kinda like a melee gadget since its shots are so slow, and it doesn’t have a ton of projectiles. Its OP in close range combat [1]

yea it kind of like that but the problem is making that, the memory usage
also the bosses being able to move around and their attacks
I mean… they gave us a ton of memory to use for a reason :>
Oh yeah ._. you could try animation, and maybe preset special attacks using a timer, barriers (for effects :0), and a damager
quantum portal with speed boost has a “parry this you filthy casual!” kinda vibe
also bosses moving yes will take a decent amount of memory
and an annoying amount of time for each one
so best hope would to be to save that for last and put fluff (puzzles) in-between boss fights or even better mini puzzle to beat a boss with timer (doing a random tick of dmg every 2-4 seconds) so to fill in the gaps and put in fun twists try making it sweet and short with lore puzzles and proper bosses to fight and it should be decent
