For this to work, do you have to add another spawn pad and set it to “game”, or can you just keep the original settings on the spawn pad and still have it work?

You’d hafta set it to be able to be used for both stages. Otherwise, it’ll spawn you in the center of the map.

Yeah, That’s how I did it.You have to have 2 spawn pads one for the game and one for the lobby.
