how can i make it so when i run a Poll the answers are public so everyone can see them

When you create a poll click the 
icon, then If you are doing a bar then it should say “show who voted”. Or there is something on top the say “Show Result”.

Click on advanced poll settings. so you need to make a new poll and then before you submit it, click on the gear icon and select "make votes visible’

do you actually think solution is the point that we are helping others on Forums?
the solution that was given by OP should be the one that helped them the Most. Please don’t beg for solution next time, even if you did, I just want you know that no one actually cares for that, more solutions doesn’t mean you are actually “better” than others with a less amount of them.
