You can have a repeater (or a trigger loop if you don’t like repeaters) that transmits every 5 seconds. Then have an item granter that gives you energy on the repeater channel.

repeater> decrease counter > counter> when target reached, grant item > Item granter

you can make a game so it is where you put sentrys and then make a dock for a cruise game and put shops so you and your friends can go to the shops and buy stuff you need for a cruise
