Animations like that are sadly not possible…yet.
You, can however try stationary birthday decorations!
You could have several pieces of text that activate or deactivate based off of the number of a property. Or you could use 0 damage lazers. Like so:

you can use barriers and triggers placed and connected in a way to make an animation like that, it would have to be choppy for it to work.
