I need a second phase for a boss but IDK what to put, I want something that is not already in my game which is pressing buttons and KO the main enemy to win. Also I need to make my first phase also more interesting because it is just dodging a sentry with quantum portal and attacking the sentry I can make it harder but I want to make it both harder and more interesting.

You could try adding beams that you have to dodge, where a 0.75 transparency barrier appears and you have 1 (can be changed) second to get out or it damages you.
I have several ideas.
Elemental chaos: The player must be forced to keep moving as there are spikes, lava traps and ice.
Mini Objectives: The player cannot damage the enemy unless they collect the shards around the battlefield first, they still have to dodge the enemy while collecting shards.
Arena Shrink: The arena shrinks slowly over a period of time and there are lasers at the end of the walls, so the player must not get hit by the lasers and dodge the enemy.
Shadow Clones: The Enemy spawns weaker, smaller versions of itself for a short period of time.
Laser madness: The arena spawns a bunch of lasers in random areas so the player must be careful
Maybe I could use custom shape instead And make the laser appear right after the custom shape appears but I already had a boss that did that but I will try it
Ok I don’t think I will make him elemental though but I like the ice though I could make them move to fast when touching ice the mini objective one is in my other secret boss in the game though
The last one I don’t think I will be able to do because the boss map is so small already
I think I like the last one a lot except I will change it to be one stronger sentry that randomly appears behind the sentry and attacks then disappear
