Well I’m not sure on this BUT:I thought it was better fit for help as he/she isn’t asking for thumbnail help/suggestions, but why it won’t upload (which in my opinion is more of a technical issue rather than art issue).
I’m pretty sure the file type is JPG
They only take like Jpg and Png files. You might wanna use a file converter.

Ok this happened to me alot and just don’t lisnten to it. Every time i upload a thumbnail for my game, it says it wont work but when i publish it it works. So my advice is don’t trust it .

Alright, thanks, for all who helped. (the reason why the game did not get published sooner is due to this very reason) I did not set one as solved/finished, due to massive homework I just got after thanksgiving break, you guys have been a lot of help, and I have decided to move it back to help, because its why it wont work. the game is out now, I may un-publish the game and re-publish on a Friday at 3:59 pm (due to the creative being closed at 4:00 now for school hours)
