I can't publish!

I’m making two games, one is called a “fight to remember” and the other one is called “no escape” I am trying to publish the “no escape” game but it wont let me publish!! How do I fix this?

  1. If you don’t have the season ticket, do you have enough GimCoins to publish.
  2. If you have a thumbnail, is in the correct format
  3. If you have an error message, can you send a screenshot please.
  4. Do you have a career level 50+

I have a thumbnail, bought the new season ticket and theres no error screen just says unable to publish

Wait before you remake, make sure you filled EVERYTHING out, and make sure your thumbnail is the correct format.
