I can't move things side to side

I can only move things vertically for some reason I can’t move them horizontally.
Heres what I mean .

I know refreshing fixes the problem but this a constantly repeating problem for me. It happens very often. So I just wanted to know if theirs a permanent fix to this.

This is not a problem with my computer since I just got a new computer that is decently good.
This happened on my old computer too sometimes.

Does this happen to any other people or is it just me ?

This mostly happens with the text device , I cannot recall this happening to anyother things , I may be wrong though.

Anyone know how to fix this.

You probably just hit option + v accidentally and locked movement to the y axis. Hit it again to unlock movement.

Wait nevermind I’m on Mac so instead if option it would be command.
