I have been trying to think of an original idea for a map for a while now, but everything is pretty much a duplicate of something else, so I wanted to combine a bunch of stuff. What maps/game modes would you recommend? (Read top first so you know what is good and bad)
First off, is the map top-down platformer?

The map is top-down, but give me platformer ideas to see if I could transfer them to top-down like Bedwars.
Maps you should NOT do: Difficulty Charts, DLDs, Gimnite, 1v1 boxfights, and bedwars.
add get a ____ at 3am maps to NEVER do.

You can make a game based on an important moment in history.

bossfights can be done aswell.
also add easter eggs.
maybe do a legend of Zelda (the og so it doesn’t take so much memory) remake with like half the over world and the first dungeon and ur sword is a pickaxe and bow is blaster look up vids to see first Zelda if u haven’t played (forgot I’m like the only person who plays that stuff now a days)

Going off the idea of historical moments, you could do a WW1 map and use the mud terrain to make trench warfare in France. You could have two teams fight each other.
D-Day, maybe?
