I am making a gimkit escape room, how do I make the counter goal increase with every player that joins so that it ends game when everyone is done. (Making them spectators will not work because I need the players to be shown on the leaderboard)

These are just links I fished out from the older posts. These may not work due to the Images holding the possibility of having been removed.

Use a live player counter and make it increment a counter for every player in the game (put a relay that transmits for “All players” on “Game Start” and have it relay “Count Players”. Then have the counter increment when receiving on “Count Players”).
Then make a room where the go when they finish and put a zone there that decrements a counter and when that counter hits zero, make it end the game.

Also, you have to make it increment whenever a player joins late with a lifecycle, or disable joining late.

Yes.
Personally, to make things a lot easier, I would just disable late joining (Late players j0in spectators in Map Options)
