i am creating a Gim kit mod and is there a way to make it so if a prop is “hidden” you can’t answer a question.

Well you could have the answer questions interface be deactivated when the prop is hidden using channels

Also try not to put the whole question in the title.

Prop Destroyed > Hide Overlay
