How to make 'Title' or 'Word' appear on top of character?

Like I want a title or word to appear on top of a character when they select a certain call to action button on a popup like a rank or character!
EXAMPLE:

In the red area that’s where a title or rank would show up!
If it’s not possible I understand, I searched it up but found nothing that helped much.

You could use a waypoint tracking player but you wouldn’t be able to see it only other people would

Awesome thanks, I didn’t really need anyone else to see it except the player…

You can’t make it in the red area, but you could use the overlay device to make it appear in the corner of the screen, and you can use relays or triggers to make it only visible to 1 player.
