Unfortunately, this isn’t possible in GKC, but “can be faked” by copying the prop you’re trying to make respawn on top of each other. If you want to make your life miserable by adding a wire repeater for every prop that you add, so they reappear with delay, be my guest.
Well, a prop is unable to respawn, so I would have a channel be transmitted to another rock in the same place with a wire repeater. This will allow a delay to be made and to look like it respawned. However, you would need to put multiple rocks in the same spot, which is a bit inconvenient.
