I’m making a pet care map, and I want to make it so that the player can choose their own name for the pets. I’m a noob at block code so I just have no idea what to do. Another idea I had was to just have a popup that has pre-chosen names (ex. Berry, Seashell, Cookie) but that would be no fun.

use npcs if you have season ticket
You can set it up so that when a player talks to an NPC, a box pops up, they type the name, and the pet is named.

then you open block code for popup

no blocks needed for popup just wire it from the popup to notifcation you want it to be primary call to action before that you should make the it say adopt pet

also make the button say adopt pet then it will transmit on popups name then you can make the secondary popup call to action say no i dont want to adopt this pet and it will NOT tramsit on anything
