Underwater movement meter: you make some item stand for air and it is consumed while in water and replenished when you come out.

How? animation just takes time, its quite easy, depending on how much you need it to do at once. its as simple as activating then deactivating and activating somewhere else.

I was just saying it might not be an efficient use of memory.

Oh, its really not, but thats just animation.
