How to make an Edible Shield Can/Edible Item! [🟩0/10]

Hey there my fellow Gimkitters! ItzJdat speaking.
Today this guide is about making an edible item, but for my base I’ll use a Shield Can. Let’s get started!

Materials

Hey there! You’ll need…
1 Item Image
1 Button
1 Wooden Table
1 Speed Modifier

Alright, let’s get cooking!
So first thing you need to do is resize your table, change the Item Image to your chosen item (rotate item if necessary) and place it on the table.
If your item does not show up then of course use the layers.

Next, Place the button front of the item and make it invisible in game.

The next step is to connect it to a Speed Modifier, the Item Image and itself.

That’s all! Thanks for reading and I’ll see you in the next guide!

Maybe use more drop downs like this:

Step 1

Step 2

And so on and so forth.

This seems pretty simple but, nice guide!

You could organize it better with dropdowns (like @NagiSeishiro said) and it’s nice to use different things to make the guide more… interesting to look at you know?
Such as,

Let’s get cooking!

-insert details here-
Or
Use 3 of _ to make:

Bullet points could also be used.

Maybe more humor and a poll to see how difficult it is (so you get people’s votes and not just your personal opinion)!

0/10 :white_medium_square: Difficulty not 2/10

Well.. I really don’t think you explained what the counter is used for
Also shouldn’t the item, well, disappear after eaten?
And..the speed boost for the item is..permanent?
I would recommend expanding on this a bit more

Good guide, but it’s not 2/10🙏
Make a poll or just put 0-1/10. If you make a poll, most likely everyone will choose 0 because it’s extremely simple.

Weird.
I didn’t really see any guides about this.

im sure even new gimkitters, that have brains, could do this.
or anyone js good at comprehending how simple devices work.

Wait why is it 2/10 :sob:

Good guide, well explained, just dont understand the rating…

Sorry about that
I was originally gonna make an extra part to explain how to make it have a duration, but my small brain doesn’t know how to make a trigger loop and most (if not all) trigger loop guides have not been restored from the image purge :sob:

changed it to a green circle
cuz idk what rating blue means
but i know green means 0/10
green or white
:person_shrugging:

(happy birthday jacky-boo )

so ur saying to delete it in a nicer tone

No offense, there’s nothing wrong with it, but this is like…really easy. I mean, not to be annoying, but I feel like someone could do this without a guide. Not to try and come off as saying “OHHH DELETE IT NOW AHHHHHH”, no no no, I just mean it’s just…really REALLY simple. You know?

thanks rekt :3

Mainly, This is just a button to a speed modifier but now there’s a soda can :joy:

if you know it’s so simple
then why’d you make in the first place?

and maybe u could’ve added something to make it unique or actually useful
(not trying to sound rude, just honest. and sadly a lot of ppl cant take honesty)

(ayo the pfp is tuff @Blackjack)
((should i switch to my new pfp?))
(((ok done  )))

Yeah, that’s what I mean. It’s exactly what you said it was. Just a button with a speed modifier (with a soda can.)

I feel like there’s not too much purpose behind the guide, yaknow?

yuh :fire:
